The Georgia Greater Opportunities for Access to Learning (GOAL) Scholarship Program is Georgia’s leading Student Scholarship Organization, which allows taxpayers to play a vital role in improving K-12 educational opportunities. To ensure that scholarship funds benefit the most deserving families in greatest need of assistance, Georgia GOAL provides voluntary guidelines for scholarship applicant household income and scholarship award amounts.
